Meet The Founder

Hey, I’m Anissa. I’m a mom, a nature lover, and a bit of a nerd. I feel most at peace near creeks and rivers, surrounded by trees and quiet. I live with three dogs, two cats, two turtles, and one amazing kid—plus a jungle of houseplants I talk to like they’re old friends.

I’m the kind of person who makes wishes on angel numbers and gets excited when I catch 11:11 on the clock. I believe the universe leaves little clues if you’re paying attention. I love animals, storytelling, and those unexpectedly deep conversations with strangers that stick with you.

I’m not built for hustle culture. I work hard, but I work so I can live—not the other way around. That means carving out time for hikes, quiet mornings, and the people (and creatures) I love. I believe joy deserves protection, especially when life gets busy.

That’s why I started MTech Izzy. It’s my way of helping people build businesses that support their lives—not swallow them whole. I design systems that feel like a deep breath, so you can focus on what really matters. Because even if you love what you do (and I really do), you still deserve space to rest, grow, and just be.
