For those of you who’ve been with me from the start—first of all, thank you! You might’ve noticed a few changes happening around here, and that’s because when I launched MTech Izzy, it was really about supporting people and small businesses with their Microsoft needs—building Excel reports, offering training, helping folks feel confident using the tools they already had. And that’s still a huge part of what I do... but it’s grown into something more. Honestly, I don’t think my original launch fully captured that.
MTech Izzy is really just me—helping you (and your company) make tech easy. (Get it? MTech Izzy... Make Tech Easy 😉) But I’m not just here for Microsoft tools anymore. I’m here for HRIS issues, reporting headaches, process and workflow architecture, change management, crucial conversations, HR startup questions—you name it. If it’s slowing you down, I want to help you fix it.
At the end of the day, I’m here to support you with the knowledge I’ve picked up along the way. Whether you need a pre-built tool or want help building your own process from scratch, I’ve got you.
