I’m Izzy—and I’m the kind of person who gets oddly excited about fixing workflows, taming spreadsheets, and making systems actually make sense.

I started MTech Izzy because I knew I could help more people if I wasn’t limited by job descriptions, approval chains, or someone else's idea of what “enough” looks like. My brain works fast, and my heart’s all in—I needed a space where I could put both to use. So, I built one.

Now I spend my days helping people who want to do more with the Microsoft Suite and Power Platform but don’t have the time (or patience) to build it all themselves. Whether you're a solo HR pro drowning in manual reports or just someone whispering “please work” to your Excel sheet—I’ve got you.

People tell me I’m fast, like “how did you do that so quickly?” fast. And while I love hearing that I saved someone hours of time, I’m always chasing the next improvement, the next puzzle to solve. It’s not about perfection—it’s about progress with personality.

I bring a ton of energy, way too many exclamation points, and a good bit of nerdy humor to everything I do. I believe work can be functional and fun at the same time. If I can help you feel a little less stressed and a little more “heck yeah, I’ve got this”—then I’m doing my job.
