Hey, I’m Anissa—founder of MTech Izzy (Make Tech Easy). I’m a workflow architect with a deep love for Excel, AI, and automation—and a strong belief that technology should make work easier, not harder.

Before this, I spent over a decade in Human Resources, supporting companies from small startups to organizations with 6,000+ employees. I didn’t get into HR because I loved it—I got into it because I hated how people were treated. I saw broken systems, poor communication, and processes that created more problems than they solved—and I knew there had to be a better way.

So I became the person who builds it.

I studied Public Relations, HR Management, and Information Technology Management, and continued investing in my skills by attending multiple Microsoft Power Platform conferences—learning directly from experts and staying at the forefront of what’s possible with automation.

My turning point came when I got tired of waiting—waiting on reports, waiting on answers, and working through processes that increased the risk of errors. I don’t like giving incomplete or incorrect information, so I started building tools that eliminate the guesswork and handle the repetitive work automatically.

Today, I help small business owners and entrepreneurs simplify their reporting, automate workflows, and reduce manual effort using Excel, AI, and automation tools.
