What is it?

First of all, this is literally an excel spreadsheet that I use every day at work. I’ve been in corporate HR for close to a decade, and I built this sheet when I was working for a smaller company (under 10 employees) and now incorporate it on a larger scale (a company with 6,000+ employees).
